Or course!  We love hosting Yoga Retreats, couples retreats, bridal party weekends, birthday parties, proms, pamper parties - if you can dream it, we will host you!

Upon deposit, we will send you a Preferred Vendor and Preferred Lodging list to help wedding planning go smoothly!

Yes -  We do kindly ask that you provide us with your Coordinator or Planner at least 3 months prior.  They must be professional Planners or Coordinators with a legitimate Event Planning or Coordinating business. 

At a  minimum we require a 30 day out coordinator who will be present for vendor drop offs before your wedding and will be responsible to make sure vendors pick up within our required timeline.   They must be at on location for your wedding day to work alongside The Vista Manor's manager.  

We will provide your wedding planner with a site layout so they can build your seating and table layout.  Dance Floor is not included and can be added to your furniture package from your rental vendor. 

No - the beauty of the barn is the hand hewn wood accented by tongue and grove fittings; craftmanship you just won't find in today's construction.  We didn't want to cover that up, so air conditioning or heaters are optional for you and there are platforms outside the barn for them. Electricity is already wired for your rentals.  However- keep in mind we are in the valley, so when you open all 4 entrances to the barn, it tends to stay cool even in the summer.

The bathrooms inside the Manor House are only for the guests staying at the house and for any guests that may require accessible stalls. Keep in mind, you and your guests will have their belongings in the house so it's best to keep it locked during your celebration. All weddings are required to rent a luxury toilet trailer with their furniture package. 

Sure!  You will need to have a liquor liability policy but feel free to create your own bar or dry bar.  You could opt for a bat service package from our preferred list or add a bar package to your catering package if they allow. 

Yes!  That's what makes The Vista Manor special.  Choose any food truck ot caterer you'd like to elevate your day.  You will work with your catering and wedding planner to coordinate a cook tent if needed.  No commercial cooking allowed inside the house   Refrigeration and Freezer available Below the Barn.  Since you are picking your catering, all  food accommodations can be met through them - Kosher, Vegetarian, Hilal, Vegan, etc.  Multiple caterers allowed on site as well - some couples will choose to have an ethnic/ cultural caterer for part of their meal and another American style caterer for a second part.  This is totally up to you!

 The Licensee and vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming The Vista Manor as additionally insured. The Vista Manor requires $2M general aggregate / $2M per occurrence including property damage. If you are serving alcohol, your policy must also include Hosts Liquor Liability. You can easily purchase insurance at wedsafe.com, indemn.com or privateeventinsurance.com for speak to a representative on our preferred vendors list.  Please have a copy of the policy sent to info@TheVistaManor.com at least 30 days prior to the event rental. 

No live flame inside the barn.  All major installations must be approved by The Vista Manor. Installations (floral, lighting, etc.) must be conducted by an insured vendor. Scissor Lift on site for use by insured vendor only.  No rice, bird seed, balloons, potpurri, or glitter allowed. Client will be charged a cleaning fee if any of the above are found on-site. Ecofetti, ribbon wands, glow sticks, and sparklers are allowed.  For liability reasons, guests are not allowed to stand on chairs or ladders.   A fee will be applied for excessive garbage removal.  The Vista Manor is not responsible for any items left behind.
