You'll have full range to create the custom wedding of your dreams at The Vista Manor. Use the property however you and your wedding planner intend - no two weddings are ever the same at The Vista Manor!

Truck Friendly!

Thinking about hiring a pizza truck for your rehearsal dinner? How about a drink truck to serve up some awesome cocktails during the big day? Maybe an after party food truck to satisfy those late night cravings? The Vista Manor is "truck friendly" for those couples wishing to hire a properly insured company!

Glamping allowed!

Looking to increase accommodations on site? The Vista Manor can recommend an awesome Glamp Tent vendor who can transform spaces like the Flat Plateau (pictured), Vine + Orchard and our front field will custom designed tents that match your wedding colors.

Site Overview

The Wooded Arbor

Sitting at the highest point of The Vista Manor is the Wooded Arbor. Includes bench seating for up to 150 guests with room for you to rent more seating in the back row. Hammocks included in decor package. Use the mountains as your backdrop or include an arbor you'd bring in or rent from our decor package.

There are two entrances two the site, both are golf cart accessible. One can be used as a private entrance for the couple, the other connects are vineyard to this site. Electric included and use of non amplified musicians (harpist, guitarist etc) is also permissible.

The Garden Pergola

With mountain views, this site can be used in number of different ways. Arrange chairs you'll rent from your furniture vendor in the round or facing the mountain and get married under the pergola. Flowering and decorating the pergola is allowed. Alternately , create an aisle using the pergola in the middle so your processions walks through it and get married facing the mountain. You can bring in any arbor you'd like.

Some couples prefer using this site for cocktail hour or a graze + champagne station as your guests leave the Wooded Arbor after ceremony. Short path connects the two, both paths also accessible by golf cart. Electric included and use of non amplified musicians (harpist, guitarist etc) is also permissible.

The Flat Plateau

In between the Barn and The Garden Pergola is our Flat Plateau.

This is a blank canvas, DIY space that is very multipurpose. You could rent any type of tent from your furniture vendor and have dinner under the stars. Connect your tent to the barn via a tent tunnel for a rain plan. You could also design your own ceremony site here as well - bring in your own pieces for a fully custom vow ceremony. Or, spread out lawn games, bouncy houses, or glamp tents on the Flat Plateau. Accessible via golf cart. Electric included and use of non amplified musicians (harpist, guitarist etc) is also permissible.

Ground - FAQS

Can I use the entire property?

Yes - our couples are creative and normally thinking about different uses for each site that we never even dreamed of. You are welcome to use any part of our wedding village as you see pit!

Are you pet friendly?

Yes- we allow the couple's pet to stay for the entire duration on your visit and be involved in as many wedding activities as you'd like. Pet gates on site to section off the upstairs. Please make sure pet has proper flee and tick deterrents. We suggest bringing a cage for if/when Pet is left unattended in the house. $50 pet cleaning fee is added the cost.

Is their On-site Parking?

Plenty - Our field can accomodate over 200 cars. There will be golf cars that bring guests from the field to the front of the barn

Can you accommodate shuttles/buses?

We have a bus turn in front of the barn. Work with your planner to develop a bus route or shuttle service if required.

Is there site-crew for the day of my event and is it included?

Yes - there will be an Vista Event Manager and two site crew on the day of your wedding. They will handle parking lot safety an shuttle service, assisting in moving around seating if needed and tending to the fire pits.

Is the Smore's Firepit included?

OF COURSE! Why else would you get married in the Catskills if you can't have a Smores' Send off? Wood, firestarters, sticks etc will be included in your package

Are Golf-carts included?

Yes - our site crew and your wedding planner will need the golf carts the day of the ceremony. However, the couples use of golf carts in permitted to take family to the neighboring Airbnbs during your stay.

Is there a rain plan?

Depending on the size of your wedding, you could opt to get married in the Black Byre Barn and bring your guests under the Covered Porch for a cocktail hour while the barn is reset for dinner service. Alternatively, you may wish to rent a tent and say your vows outside and use tent tunnels to have dinner and dancing inside the barn. Some couples like to remain outdoors during ceremony, rent clear umbrellas for their guests and have cool photography moment. The choice is yours!

Is The Vista Manor handicapped accessible?

Yes, we have a portable ramp that allows access into the Manor House. Brass + Bridle has an ensuite bathroom on the first floor if accommodations are required. Entrance into the barn is accessible and pathways are accessible by wheel chair - or our site staff is happy to drive those with needs anywhere as requested.

Are their any restrictions outside?

No confetti may be used outside, unless it is ecofetti which is water-soluble. No rice, bird seed, balloons, potpurri, or glitter allowed. No swimming in the pond/ Swoon Lagoon. All candles must be approved by The Vista Manor. All candles must be enclosed in glass and float on water. The flame must not reach higher than 2 inches below the height of glass. Use of artificial candles along walkways and ceremony sites are permitted but they may not be glass.

Is the Property well-lit at night?

Yes - all pathways, decks and house are well lit.
