Built in 1895 by James Ezekiel More, both structures that sit on our 14 acre property were originally dairy barns overlooking the Moresville Range. The road "Mac More" was named after J. MacIntosh More and the area was also known as More Settlement.
The smaller of the barns (likely a hay barn) was converted to living quarters in the 1980s and went under renovation in early 2024. Pictured is the property prior to our updates. The bigger barn housed livestock until the 1980s and then sat vacant since. We've brought the grounds and structure to life - now a crown jewel of Roxbury NY, in the Catskills.

From our spacious barn to our beautiful gardens and mountain views, our venue offers a wide range of amenities to make your wedding day or special event unforgettable. Prepare for your event in our main "Get Ready Suite" overlooking the vineyard. We also have another smaller "Get Ready Suite" attached to the barn. For after hours fun, enter our "Below the Barn" lounge which will be complete in 2025 with game tables inside an old horse stall and seating amongst vintage cow stanchions.

dietary needs or cultural preparations including Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free & Halal. You'll work with your catering vendor to craft the menu that is perfect for your special day
